Hampton bay ceiling fan remote – Home depot sells its own brand of decorative ceiling fans with the name of Hampton Bay. Some models of fans have a convenient remote control to turn on the fan and light and to adjust the speed. However, you must configure the control to communicate with the fan ceiling with the same combination of transmission code. Remove the battery cover from the back of the remote control. Slide the switch on the remote control up or down to choose your combination.
Place each code switch slides, near the battery in a position of your choice, up or down, with a maximum of 16 combinations available. Adjust the slide code switches on the receiver in the fan ceiling for the same exact positions listed on the remote control. Turn the lights on the Hampton bay ceiling fan remote and turn it off. Resets speeds ceiling fans using the remote control to check the signal. Change the code switches to a new combination in both the remote and the receiver ceiling fan, if the transmission signal interferes with a garage door opener or security system. Replace the battery cover on the back of the remote control when you’re done.
