Punch holes evenly throughout the interior of the IKEA kitchen cabinets on both sides, about 6 inches (15.24 cm) apart and 2 inches (5.08 cm) from the front of the cabinets. Using a drill with a smaller diameter than the screws for wood 3/4 inch (1.89 cm). Slide a washer on each screw wood. Drill the screw timber in each of the previously drilled holes. Measure the vertical distance that the finished board to cover and mark the distance in the board of adjustment.
